Parents Dealing with Bad Teachers

I am a parent of two children who witnessed teachers who bullied, humiliated, and singled-out children.  I not only got to witness my own children being harassed, but I got to see teachers perform these horrible acts when I was a third grade teacher.  Since writing my first book, Snitch: True Stories of Destructive Classrooms and Bad Teachers, I have been involved in supporting  parents who are going through similar situations.  I realized that this problem is bigger than I thought.  I would like people to share their stories because I am in the process of writing my second book, which will include these stories.  Some have suggested that my book is one-sided, but I can tell you that the evidence in the book proves that to be wrong.  The reason for writing my first book was to help parents realize that they are not alone and to be used as a teaching tool for veteran teachers and future teachers.  The book also sheds light on how our school system continues to employ bad teachers, while letting go of some of the good ones.  Please share your stories!
